Project support

Our project team is there to deal with all our large or technically challenging wire mesh enquiries to ensure they get the extra attention they deserve. They will assist you with everything from design to delivery to make the project as easy as possible.

Design

Our in-house design team ensure that QTS products are always the best quality and most cost-effective solution available. Innovation is always at the forefront of our minds. Whether you want to adapt an existing product or need us to design a completely bespoke solution, QTS can help.

1-2-1 Account Management

QTS have a personal approach to service. You will be assigned one of our friendly account managers who will make sure you are well looked after. They have been trained on everything from wire decking to our security cage and mesh partition systems. Have a query? Ask the experts in mesh.

We have an in-house team of experts who are always on hand to provide project-by-project assistance, from the initial design phase, all the way through to overseeing phased deliveries.

Consult

In the initial stages, you will be assigned an account manager based on your location. They will find out what your requirements are and start the process..

Design

If we don't already have a solution for you in our stock range of products, then we will refer the enquiry to our design team who will get a solution drawn up for you.

Quote

Your account manager will then present you with a competitive quote that will include delivery to the site of your choice.

Approval

Before we send your solution into production, we will ask for you to sign off the drawings for all bespoke projects to make sure you get exactly what you expect.

Project Support

We have a dedicated project support team who help lend an extra hand for any large projects that we get in. From samples of designs to scheduling split deliveries to help you manage available space; they will make the process easy for you.

Manufacture

QTS is proud to be one of the few British manufacturers of wire mesh solutions. We manufacture all of our products out of our facility based in Nottinghamshire to the highest standard.

Delivery

To ensure your delivery gets to you on time and in full, we have formulated great relationships between ourselves and our delivery partners.

After care

Our service doesn't stop there. We put great importance on forming relationships with our trade customers. We will regularly make contact with you to make sure that everything has gone well with your project and to see if we can assist you with anything else.
