Yes, we would ask you to complete our account opening forms so that we can get a credit limit approved by our insurance. Unfortunately, sometimes we may not be able to get credit limit for you and we would ask you to pay proforma for the first few orders to get a payment history with us. We may also do payment schedules on orders which can help you out during this time. We would do our upmost to help where we can.

Unfortunately, we don’t.

Lead time on stock decks are 7-10 working days

All our bank details are on the bottom of our invoices, In the body of the email the invoices are sent with or on our statement. If you need them to be verified they you can always call accounts and they will be more than happy to do this.

All our accounts are 30 days from date of invoice. Unless you have agreed extended payment terms with your account manager or if you have a large project then this can sometimes be agreed within the quote.

Normally this can be sorted out internally and you will be contacted by our accounts team or your account manager. If there are issues with a delivery that may delay your payment, then as long as accounts are informed of this then they can help. However, your account may be placed on hold if no explanation has been given for delayed payment. If the account is extremely overdue and no one has been in contact, then it may end up going to our legal team to collect payment. (This is very rare as we do all we can to help our customers)
